Divine Atinyo

Mr. Divine is a National Service Person with the Confucius Institute at University of Cape Coast, for the 2017/2018 academic year. He graduated from the University of Cape Coast, with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B. Com- Accounting and Finance) in May 2017. He has achieved a number of academic laurels. He was the best graduating business student at the high school level, and also the best at the basic level. He represented the Western Region of Ghana in Inter-Regional Science, Mathematics and Technology Education Workshop 2007, and won many prizes. He has a number of research works to his credit.

He served in many leadership positions. At the university, he served as the treasurer of GH-Spring (Youth Volunteers Network-UCC) from 2015 to 2016, and was subsequently elected as the president, and served from 2016 to 2017. He organized a number of educative conferences for students at the University of Cape Coast and beyond during his tenure as a president. He is the Coordinator of Confucius Institute Student Volunteers. He is the Principal Administrator of Central Region Bureau Network, an NGO in Cape Coast, Central Region of Ghana.

He is a writer, and an author of a number of publications and articles. He is skilled at writing business related documents such as business plans, business proposals, etc.

Mr. Divine is also a promising entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and CFO of Divimma Marketing Agency (www.divimma.com). He has worked with a number of organizations, and served in various capacities such as Accounts Officer, Operations Manager, etc. He has undertaken a lot of voluntary works within the University of Cape Coast Community and beyond. He was honoured with appreciation by the University of Cape Coast Students’ Representative Council for his immense contributions to the Council’s community outreach projects. He is recognized for his diligence and dedication to work.

He has taught a number of subjects, including English Language, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, and Business Management, at the high and basic school levels. For his love for personal development activities, he set up a personal development group ‘BE YOUR OWN CHAMPION’ which educates students in areas of personal development. He is making a great impact on students and community.
