Confucius Institute at University of Cape Coast On Monday, 18th June, 2018, celebrated the first anniversary of the first training center in Ghana, University Practice Senior High School (UPSHS) Chinese Training Centre and the Dragon Boat Festival under the theme ”Bravery, Unity and Progress” at the premises of UPSHS, Cape Coast, Central Region of Ghana.
